Head of Risk and Compliance - 1 (One)
Job Code: HRAC
The ideal candidate should be post graduate in Finance, with minimum of 5 years experience in Risk Control/ Compliance/ Audit in a reputed Bank. The incumbent should be responsible for ensuring compliance to Bank's policies and Bank of Uganda guidelines and reports to the Deputy Managing Director.

Deputy Head of Sales & Marketing - 1 (One)
Job Code: DHSM
The ideal candidate should have leadership personality with ability to manage over 300 member sales team of the Bank and reports to Head of Sales and Marketing.

Chartered Accountant - 15 (Fifteen)
Job Code: CA
The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuous management of financial system and budget, undertaking financial audit, maintaining and preparing accounts and MIS reports. The incumbent shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Branch Manager - 15 (Fifteen)
Job Code: BRMGR
The ideal candidate should be a graduate with minimum of 5 years of experience at Managerial level preferably as a Branch Manager in a reputed bank. The incumbent shall be responsible for overall operations of the branch, to deliver the business plan while maintaining high levels of customer service and will be reporting to the Regional Manager.

Senior Foreign Exchange Manager - 3 (Three)
Job Code: SRFOREX
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years direct experience in currency and money market operations, preferably at corporate level with in depth knowledge of treasury management and foreign currency movements. The incumbent shall be responsible for overall management of treasury and currency operations of the Bank and reports to the Deputy Managing Director.

Senior Manager Credit - 3 (Three)
Job Code: SMCR
The ideal candidate should be a seasoned banker preferably with professional qualifications like CAIIB, MBA or CA or LLB with minimum 8 years of experience as a Senior Manager (Credit) with a reputed bank, handling all aspects of credit, particularly corporate credit, documentation and recovery aspects and reports to Head of Credit.

Foreign Exchange Dealer - 5 (Five)
Job Code: FOREX
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years direct experience in currency and money market operations and reports to the Senior Foreign Exchange Manager.

Operations Manager - 15 (Fifteen)
Job Code: OPMGR
The ideal candidate should be a graduate with minimum of 5 years of banking experience. Strong leadership and banking skills are a must. IT knowledge is a plus. Will be reporting to the Branch Manager and responsible for entire branch operations.

Sales Manager - 5 (Five)
Job Code: SLMGR
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and result oriented. Should have leadership personality with minimum of 5 years of banking related sales experience.
