A well diversified UAE business group wish to recruit General Manager, with experience in Transformer industry, for their unit in Africa:
Engineering graduate with 10-15+ years experience, preferably in Transformer industry. He must be a front-end leader with sound marketing and manufacturing background and general management experience.
Additional qualification in Business Management is an added advantage. The person shall have an obsession for quality, customer service and innovation.
He will directly report to CEO/COO of the group and will have Profit Center responsibility.
Performance bonus/ profit sharing can be considered in the salary package.
