Duty Manager, Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager, Front Office Manager: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in any 4/5 stars hotel in the respective positions.

Diploma in Hotel Management from reputed institutions is must for all the above positions.

Chartered Accountant: Experience of 3-5 years in Hospitality/ Insurance/ Banking/ Service sectors is an added advantage.

NBFIRA is seeking an experienced and proactive individual to take on the exciting role of Director - Insurance and Pensions. In playing a leading role in the organization you must be capable of making a positive impact quickly. You will have outstanding ability as a leader and experience working in an insurance and pensions regulatory environment.

Reporting to the Deputy CEO (Regulatory), you will be a member of ExCo and will lead in the development and review of the regulatory framework for the Insurance and Pension markets. In addition, your key responsibilities will include: human capital management; development and review of the consumer protection and public awareness policies; review of fee and levy structures; budget management; and review of license applications.

You will have a relevant Masters degree, accompanied with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
