Madhvani Group, a leading international, professionally managed industrial/ service group with diverse operations, seeks to recruit the following Senior Professional urgently for its Sugar Factory, which is on an expansion from 600 TCD to 800 TCD and co-generation plant under implementation:
The incumbent will head the sugar business and be responsible for operations of the sugar factory/ business profitability, prepare annual budgets and maintain, sustain & improve the quality and quantity of sugar output, ensure plant & machinery is operational at all times, improve the process efficiency parameters, direct the HODs to achieve their excellence and maintain good public relations with the government & local bodies.
The candidate should possess a degree in Agriculture/ Chemistry/ Engineering with ANSI/ AVSI and minimum of 15 years of experience out of which at least 5 years as Deputy General Manager/ General Manager and overall in-charge of factory.
